The Curriculum of Life: Ayurveda, Self-Study & The Mystery of Becoming

Share:

“Our lives are our own. They’re not meant to be journeyed alone, but they can be—and sometimes they are.”

This one gets personal. I’ve been thinking about how life seems to hand us a curriculum—a path of learning that’s tailored just for us. Not always easy, not always clear, but deeply specific to who we are and who we’re becoming.

In this episode, I talk through what it means to be on that path. I pull in wisdom from Ayurveda and the Course in Miracles, and I share some honest thoughts about frustration, doubt, and those in-between places where nothing feels certain. I also remind myself—and you—that the obstacles might actually be invitations. That the parts we want to skip over could be the exact things we need to grow into who we’re meant to be.

If you’ve ever wondered whether you’re falling behind or missing your purpose, I hope this helps you come back to yourself with more compassion and curiosity.

In This Episode, I Talk About:

  • Why life feels like a personalized curriculum we each chose

  • How Ayurveda and self-inquiry support long-term growth

  • The tension between vision and present reality

  • Why resistance and confusion might be part of the path

  • How comparison disconnects us from authenticity

  • The mystery of becoming and learning to trust it

There’s no right timeline for becoming—only the next honest step forward.
