Everything Has Meaning: Yoga, suffering & The Stories We Tell

“Either everything has meaning—or nothing has meaning. But if more will be revealed, I think everything has meaning. At least for me.”

In this episode of DIVOted Talks, I explore one of the biggest paradoxes in life: either everything has meaning, or nothing does. Through the lens of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Sankhya philosophy, I share reflections on loss, belief, and how our search for meaning can both heal and harm.

I talk about how spiritual frameworks like Ayurveda help us hold suffering, why our early conditioning shapes what we believe has meaning, and the danger of pushing our meaning onto others—even with good intentions.

If you’re navigating grief, moving through a personal shift, or simply looking for a steadier center, this conversation is for you. The meaning doesn’t have to be clear for it to be real.
