As the Seasons Turn: Rhythm, Readiness & The Spiral of Return

Share:

“Unrevealed until its season… something God alone can see.” — Hymn of Promise

As the seasons turn, I notice how often life brings me back to lessons I thought I’d already learned. For a long time, I saw this as failure, as if I wasn’t moving forward fast enough. But over time, I’ve come to understand it differently. Yoga and Ayurveda remind me that rhythm and return are part of the process. Coming back around doesn’t mean I’m stuck. It means I’m being invited to listen more closely and steady myself in the middle of life’s fluctuations.

In this episode, I talk about:

  • Why returning to the same lessons doesn’t mean failure but deepening growth

  • How rhythm and routine create space for clarity and balance

  • My own journey of building the studio and learning what true readiness requires

  • The idea of purpose in the things we let go of or pass along

  • How meditation and daily practices reconnect me with trust in timing and the greater flow

I’ve realized that my role isn’t to control every outcome but to create space for what’s meant to arrive. Meditation, daily practices, and a willingness to pause have helped me reconnect with my own rhythm. The seasons remind me that not everything is revealed at once, and that’s okay. Trusting the spiral of return allows me to see that every turn is still progress, every phase has purpose, and every rhythm brings me closer to balance.
